Changes are in the air! The pandemic has drastically changed many of our life routines this past year and it feels as if we are being awakened.
From his book ‘The Pocket’, Thich Nhat Hanh continued to say:
“Understanding impermanence can give us confidence, peace, and joy.
Impermanence does not necessarily lead to suffering.
Without impermanence, life could not be.
Without impermanence, your daughter could not grow up into a beautiful young lady…..“

Oct 6 – Five Mindfulness Trainings – To participate in the recitation, have a copy of the 5 Mindfulness Trainings on hand which can be found at: https://northshoremindfulness.com/practice.
Oct 12 – Dharma Reading and Tea – Prepare tea ahead of time. You could bring your tea in a travel thermal mug, ready to drink or pour into a cup.
Oct 19 – Deep Relaxation – Prepare a comfortable place to rest.
Oct 26 – NO PRACTICE
