Welcome back to practicing mindfulness meditation with the North Shore Mindfulness Sangha. We joyfully resume on September 14. Since the West Vancouver Seniors’ Activity Centre is still not open on Tuesday evenings due to COVID restrictions, we will continue to meet via Zoom. Just as soon as possible, we look forward to practicing together in person.
After all our practices except Deep Relaxation, feel free to stay for an informal chat over tea. If you are new, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may introduce ourselves.
