This year we have practiced mostly on Zoom. We are so fortunate to be living at a time where advanced technology has allowed us to connect this way.
The North Shore Mindfulness Sangha will take our usual summer break for July and August. We will return to our weekly practice together in September.
We and the world are on our way to recovery and are awakened by the serenity of the nature that supports and surrounds us.
