Seeing the delicate blooms of the dogwood, BC’s floral emblem, adds to the joy of spring

Dear Friends:

As spring continues to move forward, how lucky we are to be surrounded by vista after vista of blossoming trees, shrubs and flowers in dazzling shades, sizes and colours, and to fill our hearts with renewal.

We look forward to another month of Tuesday connection with our Sangha.  If you are new, please send an email to nsmindfulness@gmail.com so that we may introduce ourselves.  

Online Zoom Schedule:  Tuesdays 7:00 to 8:30 pm

May 4   – Tea Ceremony – Have a cup of tea prepared.

May 11 –  Five Mindfulness Trainings – To participate in the recitation, have a copy of them on hand which can be found at https://northshoremindfulness.com/practice.

May 18 –  Dharma Teaching.

May 25 –  Deep Relaxation – Prepare a comfortable place to rest.
