Dear Friends

Winter has been mild for us here in Vancouver but the snow covered mountains provided us with spectacular views.  Spring is just around the corner.  Some regions of B.C., like Victoria, become warmer sooner.

As winter morphs to Spring, at the last practice on Tuesday, March 30, we invite all Sangha members to share thoughts and ideas about “Fresh Start.” If you are new to the NSM Sangha, please send an email to nsmindfulness@gmail.com so that we may introduce ourselves to each other.

ZOOM Practices:  Tuesdays 7:00  PM – 8:30 PM

March 2 –  Five Mindfulness Trainings – To participate in the recitation, please have on hand a copy of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. They can be found on our website at  https://northshoremindfulness.com/practice.

March 9 –  Mindful Tea  – Please prepare tea ahead of time. Perhaps you would like to bring your tea in a travel/thermal mug, ready to drink, or pour hot into a cup.

March 16 – Dharma Reading –  Exploring practices based on the key ideas from  the book “Joy On Demand.”

March 23 – Deep Relaxation —  Please prepare a comfortable place to rest.

March 30 – Sangha Participation  – Sangha members are invited to contribute to the theme of Springing into a “Fresh Start”

After our meditation practices on March 2, 9, 16 and 30, we invite you to stay online and connect with each other  over a cup of tea.
