Welcome to 2021 from the North Shore Mindfulness Sangha. We are grateful that our community of friends continues to practice online until we can safely practice together physically in our peaceful meditation room located in West Vancouver. Our Tuesday evening online gathering is a lovely time to stop, be quiet, and practice mindfulness along with other supportive meditators. If you are new, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org so that we may introduce ourselves. Note that our practices resume on the second Tuesday, January 12th, of this month.

Jan 12 – Five Mindfulness Trainings – To participate in the recitation, please have on hand a copy of the Five Mindfulness Trainings. They can be found on our website at https://northshoremindfulness.com/practice.
Jan 19 – Dharma Reading and Mindful Tea — Please prepare a cup of tea.
Jan 26 – Deep Relaxation — Please prepare a comfortable place to rest.
