Winter is upon us as the festive lights sparkle up the neighborhood to foster holiday spirits. With so many challenging events, 2020 will definitely be a significant year in history, but let us celebrate all the goodness that has surrounded us, such as the unexpected kindness of people (Random Acts of Kindness on the Rise – Vancouver Sun). It is a bonus that we can reconnect and practice via Zoom with our old friends, Janice and Bob Walker, from Victoria! In fact, Janice will be facilitating our online practice on December 15, 2020. What a treat indeed!

Dec 15 – Winter Solstice Glow – Bring a candle and something to light it with to this heartwarming gathering. The practice will be from 7:00 – 8:00 PM. You are welcome to stay and visit after our practice.
